How can coaching sessions help you heal?

Helping you develop mindfulness skills, gain emotional flexibility, so that you can take aligned action to move towards your vision of a balanced heathy life. Having the right support in times when life gets complicated makes what once seemed daunting completely manageable. Healing is not linear, simple or the same for everyone. That’s why individualized coaching is so valuable.
My Approach
Together we will look deeply at your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. We will also discuss your challenges and goals. Together, we will discover the most effective tools to achieve the transformation you desire. My approach to coaching is powerful because it addresses both my clients’ life circumstances and their inner life in an integrated way.
We will create a customized plan that is specific to your unique needs. This can include nutrition, lifestyle practices and mindfulness techniques to help you achieve the life that you deserve. We will undertake a journey of connection, where you will discover inner resources that will help you to create a more connected, inspired, creative, and engaged relationship with yourself and the world around you.
My Approach
My practice is deeply integrative, employing holistic and functional nutrition, somatic techniques and coaching support. Together we will create a customized plan that helps you find solutions that align with your own values. Compassionate care, deep connection and curiosity are the pillars that I stand by.
Why do I incorporate nutrition into my coaching?
How you live and and what you consume literally and figuratively affects how you feel. Your body lives in relationship to your internal and external environment. Bringing awareness and consciousness to what you eat and understanding how it influences your body and mind will only help you go deeper into moving towards your dreams. For me, eating is a way that I connect with nature, a way to be in direct contact with the earth. In this way I am not only nourishing myself, but contributing to healing the earth as well.
